RETURNS & CANCELLATION


1. Return Window & Process
If you're not satisfied with your Breo product, you may submit a return request within 30 days of the purchase date.
The item must be shipped back within 45 days of the purchase date to be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Shipping Fees

United States:

  • Within 7 days of receiving the product: Free return shipping.
  • After 7 days: Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Other Countries/Regions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Eligible returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product and meet the condition requirements above.

Please have your receipt or order confirmation handy when reaching out. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

3. Return Address
Please contact customer service (support-us@breo.com) before initiating any return. A return label must be issued prior to shipping the product back.

4. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment.

RETURNS CONDITIONS


1. All returns and exchanges must include all original accessories.

2. Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.

3. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

4. Breo covers return shipping costs for eligible returns under our standard return policy.

5. Price adjustments & exclusions:
Breo does not offer price matching with other retailers.

6. Promotional Bundles:
If you return only part of a promotional bundle, the bundle discount will be void, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

  •  We are unable to issue a refund without your order number. Please contact our customer service team before returning your item.
  •  Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
