it definitely stimulates! the feeling is comparable to the wire scalp massagers. feels like your scalp is being awakened for the first time. I like the fact it is type c charging and most important there is a safety for the laser light. it only turns on close to the scalp so you don't hurt your eyes accidently looking at it. it says you can use wet or dry. I imagine it would be better paired with batana oil or other hair growth oils.
