Returns and Exchanges


Satisfaction is guaranteed on all breo® Products purchased by consumers directly from breo.


We want you to be thrilled, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 14-day trial period of the date of receipt of goods for a full refund.


A full refund is guaranteed within 30 days of the date of receipt of goods for quality problems only. Please call us on our toll-free number +1 (866) 546-3587 (USA), email us at support@breocare.com, or reach out to us via the online live chat with your order number, description, and proof (sufficient and explicit photos or videos) of the faulty or damaged order.


At any time, if you experience a problem with your breo product, we're ready to help.

For All Reason of Return 


1. Returns must include all accessories.

2. Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition and in original packaging.

3. Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.

4. breo does cover shipping costs for returns.

5. Promotional kits & bundles: breo does not accept returns/exchanges or allow refunds for individual items in a promotional kit or bundle (promotional kits and bundles with specific terms and conditions comply with specific returns and refunds policies).

6. Promotional bundle returns: When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund. For example, if you receive a $50 savings when you purchase a head massager and foot massager together and you return either item separately, the $50 savings will be subtracted from your refund.

7. Price adjustments & exclusions: breo does not offer price matching from other retailers. During holiday promotions, items purchased before or after the specific discount time periods are not eligible for price adjustments.

8. It is not possible to process a request for a full refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 14-day window.

9. breo does not accept returns for breo products purchased from other retailers. Only items that have been purchased directly from us.breo.com can be returned. breo products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.


Note: 

We are unable to issue you a refund if you cannot find your order number, please contact our customer service team before shipping your unit back. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Price and availability 


Some of the Products featured on the Site are displayed for promotional purposes only and may not be available for purchase through the Site. All Products offered for purchase on the Site are subject to availability. The prices stated for such Products are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers 


All promotional offers made on the Site are limited to purchases made on the Site only, and are subject to the conditions of the offer. Purchases must be made during the specified promotional period to qualify.

Order acceptance 


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any stage of the online ordering process, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed. Unless otherwise agreed to by Breo, payment must be received by Breo prior to acceptance of an order. Breo may process payment for and ship parts of an order separately. Some situations that may result in cancellation include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will attempt to contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if additional information is required to accept your order.


How do I start a return?

For U.S. orders placed on us.breo.com:


1. Please contact our Customer Support Team at support@breocare.com, online live chat, or by calling +1 (866) 546-3587 to initiate a return.


2. Once we receive your return request and the return has been authorized, a member of our Customer Support Team will provide you a Return Label to be completed and sent back to us with your return package. We recommend that you hold onto your tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.


3. Once we receive the return, please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.


4. Once we issue the refund, please allow up to 10 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment. Refunds for returns apply to the purchase price of the item(s) only. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping and handling charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error or subject to the breo Limited Warranty. Products returns must be received by breo within 30 days of purchase. Only authorized returns will be processed.

How long will it take to process my return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 1-3 business days. Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the product is fulfilled but not delivered?

Receive faulty/damaged item(s)?

If you receive faulty or damaged item(s), please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@breocare.com or call us on our toll-free number +1 (866) 546-3587 with your order number, description, and proof (sufficient and explicit photos or videos) of the faulty or damaged order. Our Customer Support Team will help resolve the issue asap.


You have thirty (30) days to notify Breo of any missing, wrong, or damaged portion of your purchase in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Section or Breo cannot be held responsible for these issues.

Can I change or cancel my order before it has shipped?

1. You may change or cancel an order within that day after the order is placed. Please contact us at support@breocare.com, online live chat, or by calling +1 (866) 546-3587 (USA) and indicate the situation. 


2. If your order has already shipped, you may contact the carrier and refuse delivery and the order will be returned to Breo. When we receive it, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. 


3. After you have received your order, you have the right to return or exchange any Breo product as described in the breo return policy.

Can I ship my order to a different country?
