After your payment is verified, it may take up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Any product ordered from www.breo.com can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days from the date the product is purchased . We offer free and easy returns for all domestic  orders. Please contact Customer Support on support@breocare.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited and Priority shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. 

Receive a faulty item?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@breocare.com or call us on our toll-free number 1-866-546-3587 and our customer service will help resolve the issue. 

How long will it take to process my return?

Once you notify us that you would like a return, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 4 business days.Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).
